WINE AUCTIONEER IS DEDICATED TO THE VALUATION AND AUCTIONING OF FINE AND RARE WINES.
If you are interested in selling fine and rare wine online, we are always ready to accept consignments for our bi-monthly auctions. The deadline for receipt of entries into our next auction is Friday 2nd March. Our exceptionally low rate of commission for sellers is only 5%.

When sending or delivering bottles or cases, please include a note with your name, address, email and any reserve values you would like to have placed.
Courier Collection - quick and easy to organise
Courier collection may be organised with ease. We are able to provide packaging materials to facilitate safe transit of your items, however a cost of £5.00 per item and delivery charge of £11.00 shall be applied. If packing items yourself, please use a strong cardboard box and plenty of protective material such as bubble-wrap or air-pockets. Please be aware that couriers do not insure against breakages, therefore the seller is fully responsible for packaging bottles properly and securely.
Wine Auctioneer is strictly not liable for items damaged in transit to us.
Wine Auctioneer Collection
We frequently travel throughout the UK and can arrange a personal collection from you. We may apply a minimum bottle requirement or mileage charge. Please contact us directly if this is of interest to you.

Our office is open Monday to Friday 10:00-17:00.
Once Wine Auctioneer has taken receipt of your items, our team of experts will assess bottle condition and, if acceptable, confirm lots to be listed in our following auction. We will accept mixed-case Lots only to a maximum of 6 bottles (subject to additional fee, as below)
While you are logged into your account and the auction is live, you will be able to follow the progress of your items through your "Selling Lots" section.
Upon completion of our auction and your items are sold, payment shall be made to sellers within 21 business days. Please note our Terms And Conditions regarding payments made to sellers.
We can arrange collection of bottles and cases from many countries outwith the UK - please contact us for information and pricing.
If a lot fails to meet your optional reserve price and therefore does not sell, we can arrange for your items to be relisted in subsequent auctions (subject to fees) or arrange return delivery (subject to delivery charge).
Our Selling Fees
Selling Commission – 5%
Basic Listing Fee - £5.00 per lot
Reserve Fee - £5.00 per lot
Mixed-Case Fee - £5.00 per lot
Please note VAT (at current rate, 20%) is applicable on commission and all listing fees. VAT is not applicable to the hammer price of the wine.
Packaging material provided on request by the seller - £5.00 per item plus shipping.
Courier Fees – this varies depending on your location and weight of the items.
International payments require the seller to accept all related transfer fees.
