Free storage services with Wine Auctioneer

Wine Auctioneer is pleased to offer complimentary, secure and safe storage services at our secure warehouse for all customers until 31 December 2020.

Our storage services give peace of mind to customers who are looking to store their bottles in a secure facility. Whilst under our care, your wine will be insured and expertly managed by our team.

We offer a storage option that meets a variety of customers needs, whether you are looking to combine multiple orders for shipping at a later date (a great way to save on shipping costs!) or have run out of space for your growing collection at home, get in touch with our Customer Service team to discuss the best option for you.

If you would like to store items with us following an auction close then please choose the 'Collection/Storage' option when processing your shopping cart on our website.

If there is a proposed change to storage terms after this 31 December 2020, we will let you know as soon as possible.

 

HOW CAN I SELECT TO STORE MY ORDERS?

1. LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

If you have won lots in one of our monthly wine auctions, you will receive an email confirming this (congratulations!).  Follow the instructions in your email to visit our website and login to your account.

2. VIEW CART

Once you are logged in to your account, a pop-up will appear confirming that you have winning lots. Press the green button on this pop-up box to view your cart.

3. CONFIRM YOUR ORDER TOTAL

A screen will now display confirming your order and the breakdown of the costs involved, press continue to begin processing your order.

4. ADDRESS PAGE - SELECT STORAGE/COLLECTION

The next page will display two options, Storage/Collection or Delivery. Select the box for STORAGE/COLLECTION and you will be able to continue without entering a delivery address.

5. PAYMENT

You will now be prompted to enter your billing address and make payment for your order.

 

Your order has now been selected for secure storage in our warehouse until we are notified otherwise by yourself. There is no charge for our storage in our secure warehouse until 31 December 2020. If there is a proposed change to storage terms after this date, we will let you know as soon as possible.

FAQs

Can I store items to save on shipping costs at a later date?

Items can be stored with us free of charge for combining multiple orders and dispatching at a later date. Please note that there is no charge for storage in our secure warehouse until 31 December 2020.  If there is a proposed change to storage terms after this date, we will let you know as soon as possible. 

You can collect your orders whenever we are open, but if you intend to have the items shipped then please complete our Ship Stored Orders form.

Can I collect my winning lots in person?

Yes. Upon payment you will be asked to select either collection or delivery. If you choose to collect your wine in person you will have 90 days to do so.

Our office is open Monday to Friday 10:00 to 17:00. If you would like to collect outwith these hours please contact us to arrange, particularly at the weekends.

Please note items can only be collected after 10.00am due to licensing laws. As wines are stored in a separate facility from our main warehouse, we do require advance notice of your arrival so that we may have your wines ready for you.
