Egon Muller "Scharzhofberger" Trockenbeerenauslese 2011 Mosel

From Egon Muller's fabled single vineyard of Scharzhofberger in Germany's renowned Mosel Valley, this super-sweet Riesling is unquestionably one of the very best, most expensive and highly desirable wines of the world - leaving even the great Chateau d'Yquem in the shadows of its superior greatness!

Trockenbeerenauslese is the absolutely sweetest style of German wine and an utterly rare delight.

Please note the front label asserts 2011 vintage, while the rear label asserts 2012 vintage - the bottle's importers have confirmed this as 2011 vintage with a known to be genuine error on the back label.

We would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids. If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please contact us for a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen in the images.

Please note: Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
