DOCG Barolo is one of the great wines of Italy.  Made from Nebbiolo grapes, matured for a minimum period of 30 months - traditionally in large Slavonian oak casks.

This wine is from the little-known single cru of Cerrati in the famed commune of Serralunga, just south of Alba in the northwest Italian region of Piedmont.
