Mystery Wines
Who doesn't love a good mystery to uncover!?
Here are two bottles missing their labels. The foil capsule of one bottle identifies the word "Hedges" and the fragments remaining of the label show hanging grapes with orange ink; the other bottle is a Bordeaux - as identified by the term "Vignobles De Bordeaux" also only just visible around the foil capsule.
We are informed that these wines comes from the private cellar of a former wine merchant and hotelier.
Please note there shall be a shipping charge for 2 bottles applied to this lot.
This bottle is in satisfactory condition: severe cosmetic damage to label; seal intact; cork/closure secure, no leakage.
We would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids. If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please contact us for a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen in the images.
Please note: Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
