Clarendon Hills are located just north-east of McLaren Vale, to the south of Adelaide, Australia.
From the single vineyard of the same name, Astralis is the flagship wine of the Clarendon Hills estate. 100% old-vine Syrah; matured for 18 months in new French Oak barrels.
