Bodegas Toro Albala 2001 Montilla-Moriles 37.5cl

This sweet fortified wine from the mountainous region of Montilla Moriles, just south of Cordoba, is made in much the same styles and processes as Sherry.  100% Pedro Ximinez grapes, concentrated and fortified, then left to age in a soleras and criaderas system of American Oak barrels.
