Château Cheval Blanc is undisputedly the top wine estate in the Bordeaux appellation of Saint-Emilion and - classified as one of only four Premier Grand Cru Classé "A" - is rightly considered an equal among the likes of Mouton- and Lafite-Rothschild in regards both quality and iconic stature.
Cabernet Franc dominant with Merlot supporting, and tiny volumes of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon; matured for approximately 18 months in new French oak barrels.
These 6 bottles are from the outstanding and still heavily acclaimed 1982 vintage; complete with their original wooden case, previously unopened prior to this listing.
