Opus One 1991 Napa

Opus One is indisputably one of the most famous wine estates in the world.  Founded in 1978 as a partnership between Baron Philippe De Rothschild of Bordeaux, and Napa Valley's own wine-making legend, Robert Mondavi, Opus One seeks to produce (and delivers) first class Bordeaux-Style wines with New World flair.

This 1991 vintage is a blend of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc and 1% Merlot; matured in new French Oak barrels for a period of 15 months.
