Henschke "Henry's Seven" 2016 Barossa Valley
Henschke are not only one of the historic wine-making families of Australia, but also one of most iconic contemporary producers of the "New World" with their "Old World" approach to wine, wine making and wine exploration.
The 2016 vintage of "Henry's Seven" is a big Rhone Valley-style blend of 66% Shiraz, 15% Grenache, 10% Mataro (aka Mourvedre) and 9% Viognier; matured in seasoned French oak hogsheads for 10 months.
