Graham's Finest Reserve 1966 Vintage Port

Vintage Port is a specific style of Ruby Port which is made only in exceptional years and from the ripest grapes.  The fermented wine is fortified before being aged for 2 years in massive oak vats which preserve the ripe fruit character.  Upon bottling, the wines continue to age and can reward patient maturation for many decades.

Bottled in 1968, the 1966 is widely regarded as one of the very best vintages for Port in the 20th Century - and the final vintage released by W&J Graham prior to being acquired by Symington Family Estates.

Indeed, as Charlotte Symington has said, this is a "unique opportunity to taste one of the finest vintage ports ever made."

Important Notice

We would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids. If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please contact us for a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen in the images.

Please note: Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
