Chateau Palmer 1973 Margaux 3eme-Cru 6x148cl / Original Wooden Case

Chateau Palmer, from the appellation of Margaux, was ranked as a 3rd-Growth (3eme-Cru) Grand Cru estate in the famed 1855 Classification of the Medoc.

Their wines are typically full Bordeaux-blends of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc; matured for 18-20 months in French Oak barrels.

Large-format bottles are great for extended ageing periods due to the wine's slower rate of maturation.  Indeed, this is a fantastic opportunity to purchase a mature case of quality Bordeaux.

Please note there shall be a shipping charge for 12 bottles applied to this lot.

We would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids. If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please contact us for a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen in the images.

Please note: Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
