Chateau Mouton-Rothschild 2007 Pauillac 1er-Cru 12x75cl
Chateau Mouton-Rothschild is one of the great Bordeaux wine estates. In spite of its prominence, the estate was listed only as a 2nd-Growth in the famed 1855 Classification of Medoc - an injustice that was finally confirmed with their promotion to the exclusive rank of 1st-Growth in 1973.
The vineyards of Chateau Mouton-Rothschild are planted to 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot - a ratio to which their wine roughly follows with slight annual variation; Matured in French Oak barrels for 18-22 months.
These 12 bottles are complete with their original wooden case.
Please note that there shall be a shipping charge for 12 bottles applied to this lot.
These bottles appear to be in excellent condition: labels & foil/wax seals intact; cork/closures appear secure, no leakage.
It is not possible to ascertain colour or clarity of the contents of these bottles.
We would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids. If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please contact us for a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen in the images.
Please note: Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit or otherwise spoilage of contents.
