Waterford "The Jem" 2011 Stellenbosch

From the family owned Waterford Estate in South Africa's famed wine-region of Stellenbosch, "The Jem" is a complex blend representing the best of the estate.

This 2011 vintage is a Cabernet Sauvignon dominant (45%) blend, with 15% Shiraz, 14% Cabernet Franc, 11% Merlot, 6% Mourvedre, 4% Petit Verdot, 3% Barbera and 2% Sangiovese; matured for in French Oak barrels for 21 months.
