Chateau Haut-Bailly 1996 Pessac-Leognan Grand-Cru 150cl
Located in the Bordeaux appellation of Pessac-Leognan, Chateau Haut-Bailly is a Grand Cru Classe estate, ranked within the 1959 Classification of Graves.
The wine is typically a blend of 60-70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25-35% Merlot and 5-10% Cabernet Franc; matured in French oak barrels for 16-18 months.
Large-format bottles are great for extended ageing periods due to the wine's slower rate of maturation.
Please note that there shall be a shipping charge for 2 bottles applied to this lot.
We would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids. If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please contact us for a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen in the images.
Please note: Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
