Château Branaire-Ducru 1982 Saint-Julien 4eme-Cru

From the famed Bordeaux appellation of Saint-Julien, Château Branaire-Ducru (sometimes referred to simply as Ch. Branaire) is a 4th Growth (4eme Cru) estate in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc.

The wine is a typical left-bank Bordeaux-blend featuring a high dominance of Cabernet Sauvignon, approximately 25% Merlot and tiny portions of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot; matured for 18-24 months in oak barrels.

This wine is from the incredible 1982 vintage.
