If for any reason you are unhappy with the authenticity or provenance of items purchased please contact us immediately within 7 working days of the receipt of your items. Please note that the Consumer Protection [Distance Selling] Regulations 2000 do not apply to items sold by auction and are therefore not applicable to any items purchased via the Wine Auctioneer Website.
Items offered for sale may contain damage in the form of rips, scratches, tears, rust, dents and more on bottles and boxes. We attempt to highlight this damage within the lot description. However if a cause for concern is not mentioned, but is clearly visible within the images displayed on the lot page to our customers, the buyer of the lot will be deemed to have seen this damage and has no claim or right to a refund.
Although we strive to ensure that you receive your item in perfect condition, due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.

We offer risk free delivery for your purchases, this is optional and selected at the checkout stage, if you do not wish to take out risk free delivery on your purchase please deselect this when the option is displayed. Please note that Risk Free Delivery guarantees against breakage and loss only, not against damage or leakage in transit.
If any issue arises in transit regarding breakage, it is critical to retain all the original packaging and contact us immediately.
